Regarding the Handling of Personal Information
Our Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles personal information appropriately as outlined below, in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and related laws and regulations, in order for clients to use the recruitment services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by the Company with peace of mind.
1. Acquisition of Personal Information
In providing the Services, the Company shall acquire personal information through appropriate and fair means, including but not limited to:
Name, address, telephone number, email address
Career-related information such as résumés, work history, skills, qualifications, annual income, etc.
Desired conditions, results of aptitude tests, and information contained in interviews and other communications
2. Purpose of Use
The Company shall use acquired personal information within the scope of the following purposes:
Providing appropriate job information and introducing candidates to client companies
Conducting interviews, coordinating selection schedules, and communicating with parties
Verifying employment status and providing post-placement follow-up
Improving the Services, conducting surveys, and developing new services
Responding to legal requirements and verifying identity
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in the following cases:
Provision to client companies: when providing candidate information to client companies for selection purposes, based on the candidate's expressed intentions
When required by law
When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property
4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling
The Company may outsource the handling of personal information to external parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use (e.g., server management, aptitude test tool providers, etc.). In such cases, the Company shall exercise appropriate supervision over the outsourcees.
5. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
Clients may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information from the Company. Those wishing to proceed with such a request are asked to contact the "Inquiry Desk" listed below.
6. Security Measures
The Company implements appropriate security management measures (such as measures against unauthorized access and viruses) to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
