Regarding Fee-Based Employment Placement
Our company, in accordance with the Employment Security Act, establishes the fee structure and refund policy for the provided recruitment services as outlined below.
1. Fee Structure
In the recruitment services provided by our company, no fees whatsoever are charged to job seekers. All services are available free of charge.
For client companies (the hiring party), a success-based fee is charged upon successful hiring and commencement of employment, as follows:

30% of the estimated theoretical annual salary of the hired candidate (excluding consumption tax)
"Estimated theoretical annual salary" refers to the projected total amount to be paid within the first year after hiring, including wages, allowances, bonuses, etc.
Specific amounts and payment terms are based on the "Recruitment Service Agreement" concluded with the client company.
2. Refund Policy (Repayment Provisions)
If a candidate introduced through our services resigns voluntarily at an early stage, our company will refund a portion of the received introduction fee to the client company. The refund ratio is determined separately based on the period from the date of employment to the date of resignation.
However, this refund policy does not apply in cases of dismissal or resignation due to reasons attributable to the client company, such as discrepancies in working conditions.
3. Payment Timing
In principle, invoices are issued after the hired candidate's start date. Details regarding payment deadlines and other terms shall follow the specific contract agreement.
